Katy Kendrick

Katy joined RAPIvD in 2021. Her role has expanded from helping with company admin’ to dealing with all aspects of office management, day-to-day accounts and HR, managing the company’s quality management systems, internal auditing and co-ordinating projects through design and development. As she modestly says, “a bit of this, a bit of that”.

 

Katy’s career began in retail, becoming the Manager of several Wilkinson’s stores and a regional Investor in People auditor. After 20 years, Katy moved into the education sector, becoming a Lower School Level 3 Teaching Assistant and SEND teacher.

 

The breadth of experience and competence that Katy brings to her work is invaluable at RAPIvD. Her ability to organise, administer and manage a huge variety of projects and tasks with professionalism, humility and humour means that she is a focal point for much of the company’s activities.

 

Having been born and brought up in Liverpool, there is a very good chance that Katy is the world’s only scouse Leicester City fan. When she’s not letting off steam at the King Power Stadium, she walks her two Bichon Frise dogs, is an avid reader and watches plenty of trashy television.
